Debit Cards--Like writing a check,
only better!
Tired of writing checks? Love the ease of credit cards but worry
about debt getting out of control? The solution is a debit card,
and it is available now from your Credit Union. Santa Rosa
County Federal Credit Union is now offering a MasterCard Debit
Card. It looks just like a credit card and is accepted anywhere
you see the MasterCard logo. The money you spend is
automatically deducted from your share draft account. It's as
though you wrote the merchant a check, but it's quicker and
doesn't require you to go through the hassle of presenting
identification in order to complete your transaction. At the end
of the month, your purchases show up on your share draft
statement for final verification.
Your Debit Card also acts as an ATM card, allowing you to obtain
cash 24 hours a day from most automated teller machines. Call or
stop by one of your credit union offices for a Debit Card
application.
